I arranged to have my car serviced through this company. Part of their selling point is that they will collect and deliver your car. My collection time was in a 2 hour window, however they didn't contact me even when they knew they would be delayed. I phoned the point of contact and was promised a return call once they had checked the location of the pick up drivers, they didn't return my call. So after a further 40 minutes I phoned again and was told they were en-route but still no actual time for their arrival was given. In the end I cancelled the collection.
My experience may have meant I had a lucky escape if this is how they treat their customers I will take my car to a reputable main dealer and pay the difference!
