I LOVE ILKB in Roanoke VA! It's the best choice I have made in a long time. It is a fun and motivating atmosphere with great people teaching you. The gym and equipment is clean and in great shape. I love that I don't feel like I'm working out when I go in there! After a long day at work you get to beat something up while improving your health> It's great!!
