Ok i use car hire 2 to 4 times a month and always have the correct paperwork .
Gold car at stanstead are awful they tried to palm me off with a tiny car when I booked intermediate size .
Then got an excuse he got the wrong booking . To make things awkward he wanted a utility bill who in this day gets bills in the post so lost my pre paid rental .end of the day went to easirent got a car in 10 mins and same price .
So avoid this company esp at Stanstead care hire village
