Cancelled my policy around September 2017, only £3.50 per month so never noticed it going out of my account. Recently spotted this and called them, they couldn't find a record of the cancellation call (perhaps why it was not actioned as supposed to be) so they could not refund me.
Generally unhelpful, only a small amount of money (£50 in total) so not worth me pursuing further of going on via the ombudsman, but just recommend that others steer clear. Seems from the reviews that many others have similar experiences.
