“Helpful, Clear, and No Fuss”

Price comparison and a bit of research enabled me to halve my premiums as I was paying for services I didn't need and for insured sums that far exceeded my requirements.
Website was clear but watch out to specify any bikes - caught me out first time. Call centre staff were easy to understand, clear and helpful. I didn't feel I was being anything but guided through a process. No feeling of "Selling" at all.
I feel very satisfied that I have a good product that matches my needs for a two bed terrace
