In haste I wrote a review not too long ago about the poor service I received from Blinds 2go however, I never gave them a chance to rectify the problem. I think it is only fair that I let people know that I was contacted by the Customer Service Team and a man who I believe Managers the department and between himself and his team not only sorted my issue out but most definitely turned an unhappy customer to one that will be ordering blinds from them for the whole house - now that takes some doing. All I can say is if you are unhappy with your purchase at least give them a chance to put it right. I would like to thank the man I dealt with and his team for what they have done for us - fantastic customer service and most definitely a happy customer!
