“Delivery delayed 3 times!”

Furniture was ordered before Christmas. Several emails were sent over the next few weeks stating that the furniture would arrive. Once the date passed (when the furniture is supposed to arrive) an email was sent saying that the delivery was pushed back a few weeks. Once THAT date passed, I had to reach out inquiring, wondering where the furniture was and the order was. It was then that they pushed back the order another four weeks! This was an order consisting of furniture that cost over $2000! We quickly canceled the order and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Our children did not have furniture to sit on for over 10 weeks. Our family was inconvenienced tremendously. The worst piece of all of this, was that the sales representative was falsely assuring us that we would have our furniture in a timely fashion. We were strung along and led on to believe that we would have furniture by The second week of January when in fact the final date for delivery was February 26! That is too long to wait for living room furniture. We canceled the order and ordered from Wayfair. not only did our furniture arrive quickly but they carried it into our house to set it up at no extra charge. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company. Their sales representatives aren’t always honest. Additionally, no compensation was provided to us to correct the mistakes that they had made. We had several email communications stating that furniture would arrive in a timely fashion and it didn’r.
