“Appalling - payments increased without notification”

Signed up to what I thought was reasonable quote and payment plan - extra payment taken from credit card and direct debit payment increased by 4X. My insurance went from around £320 to over £1200. Voice recognition sucks (how zero sound like eight is beyond me)
This was done with no notification or reason given. Managed to cancel and they did give me a part refund.
Terrible experience would not recommend
