“Three weeks to a new car!”

It actually took slightly less than three weeks from initial enquiry to receiving my new Nissan Qashqai, 1.3Dig-T Acenta Premium, in the colour that I was after. Right up to the delivery I had some skepticism about whether or not this was too good to be true, saving so much that I was effectively getting a brand new car for the price of a used 18-month old one, but I need not have worried. I read through the 5-star and the 1-star reviews on this site and realised that, while some had been unlucky, some were clearly being difficult customers but the majority were more than happy with their experiences. I'm definitely more than happy, still pinching myself to be honest as this idea wasn't even in my head 4 weeks ago. The person I spoke to was great to deal with (spoke to another guy too to report successful delivery) and the official side was very straightforward. I have no reservations about recommending them to family, friends, or anyone who is prepared to take the chance. I know that the test of any customer service is how well problems are dealt with but, for me so far, there are no obvious problems. If you're thinking about getting a nearly new used car, talk to Nationwide first and see what they could do for you!
