I have used another broker before so I was happy ordering online.
Price was better than anything else out there. Placed the order online and paid on credit card for the deposit/brokerfee - that way giving me protection for the whole deal under the credit card rules. All the details about the car were documented.
Guidance on lead time proved accurate and Xmas got in the way - so no issues there.
Some of the factory fitted extras did not get fitted. No fault of B4C it was a factory issue. They agreed a generous discount that more than covered the cost of the missing extras and some.
Its not clear that you don't get the 7 day drive away insurance that you would from a dealer - but that's not a biggie. At least without the dealer you aren't subject to the hard sell on paint protection and the like.
Delivery day was trouble free - turned out to be a very local dealer and the car arrived with 30 miles on the clock.
Very happy with the transaction and would deal with again.
