“Empty promises and bad, bad service”

Adrian Flux was a very average insurance broker whilst everything was going smooth. (i.e. When I was paying them for nothing.) But, when assistance was required, albeit very little 'assistance', they turned from mediocre, indolent bureaucrats into litigious monsters.

Dropped calls, crossing correspondence, fictional cancellation charges, threatening messages - the full range of 'call centre hell' treatment. And I lost count of how many times I expressed my dissatisfaction / complained about a problem to hear the phrase 'I am sorry to hear that but will look into and give you a call back'. I think it is 6 times (4 on the phone and twice in writing) but I am still waiting. In vain, apparently.

There are some good companies out there. Adrian Flux is not one of them. Just avoid them.
