“NEVER USE AGAIN”

Just had my 2nd delivery from Tesco. Never again. The driver was so rude,told me not to put away until I had unpacked, he didn't want to be late for next deliivery (he was 20 minutes into my time slot).I explained things needed to go away to make room to empty baskets. My partner (who is on a walking frame and who has dementia said 'oi oi calm down' drivers response ' don't oi me.
