How do I give -5 stars? Beyond ridiculous, these people are terrible, incompetente, they can give me a refund of a car I never got? They have to do an investigation for a refund? How long does it take to investigate that a person that reserved a car never got it, because the same company investigating never reserve the car to begin with, a phone call? Maybe?
