To be fair: what I didn't like was the plagiarism reports, which the support team kept showing me - there was always something, that I had to correct. This was really annoying. But they eventually explained everything about intentional and unintentional plagiarism, and how their clients rely on the services which we as the writers, and they as the medium of interactions provide. I stopped being a pain in the ass, which I usually am to my employers (I hope my boss won't be able to see this=). And just started doing my job more attentively - and the benefits were fruitful. I got a couple of returned users to choose me as the preferred writer all the time. I had gigs constantly, which was a great source of additional income.
