“Disgraceful”

Ordered £2,500 worth of sofa and chair in Oct for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Informed delivery was to take place Tues 18th Dec. Tues 18th delivery drivers arrive with a chair and say they had asked customer services to contact us to inform us sofa not being delivered. Spent ages trying to get through to be informed that sofa had been made in the wrong colour.....sorry 12 week delay but we can give you a loan sofa! Decided to take sofa despite different colour other than order. Re-booked delivery for Fri 21st Dec and negotiated a discount for inconvenience and 2 days off work. Fri 21st no delivery...contacted sofology....on hold on and off for 2 hours. Sofa not on delivery vehicle, not available now for delivery until after Christmas, may be able to get a loan sofa on 24th Dec. No further discounts or compensation available. No supervisor available to escalate complaint to. Decided to ask for refund and cancel order, chair to be collected 28th Dec. No compensation for 3 days of sitting around and waiting for delivery or collection. Poor communication and customer service availability. Do not use them.
