“Don't buy. After 30 days eBay and Tesco outlet DON'T help”

I bought a smart Tv i on 17 Sept 2018, LED Sharp LC-40FG5151K 40" Smart LED TV WiFi Full HD 1080p Freeview USB Media Player
REFURBISHED WITH A 12 MONTH TESCO OUTLET WARRANTY

There was too much buffering issue and I asked VirginMedia, the technician visited nd identified that Tv might have error, my broadband was okay. I contacted both eBay and Tesco, both said sorry cannot do anything as it is more than a month. I bought because of 12 months warranty. Now no way to repair as this model even with Ethernet has buffering issue. My all huge money wasted. Simply buy from eBay only cheap items that you don't regret if something goes wrong. Both eBay and Tesco are irresponsible or they get away with their terms and conditions that are are dubious. Final thought DON'T BUY from TESCO OUTLET as they might be selling damaged or obsolete things, hence cheap.
