“In a service Industry they are a diservice”

Do not use this firm. Without doubt the worst company I have ever had dealing with. Totally inept, terrible communication and slow to resolve issues. Rang over 50 times to my conveyencers but only spoke to her 5 times as anyone on the team is prepared to 'help even if they don't know your case. She even got her Rottweiler friend to contact you when there was bad news. They don't chase other solicitors, instead rely too much on several emails. There system is rubbish and never up to date. Asked to speak to a Director but was told they don't field calls. I wonder why? Use this firm at your peril.
