“Poor service”

My insurers insisted that I procured replacement bike through you. Not a good experience.

The delivery slot was 8 am to 6 pm with 1 days notice & a refusal to ring ahead so my wife could come from work. This is poor customer service.

I had to fix pedals, pannier rack & mudguards. There was no5 adjust offered which I get if I buy a bik3 through a retailer.

This procurement is not a good offer for the custome4 & I think the charge fo4 bike & components was high.
