After returning my car to Heathrow Airport , they deducted 1000 GBP as a deposit for excess , even though I'm insured with CDW , they deducted the full damage repair amount from me (for a small scratch they deducted approx 400GBP!!!!) ... I was supposed to pay excess amount where they charged me the full damage repair amount !!!! Be careful ... I've tried other companies and they're much better than them , Alamo makes money not from car rentals , they make their money from victims like me , they bet on a customer to make at least a small scratch on his car so they can make their money from him... be careful
