“Dangerously incompetent”

I never usually write reviews but I feel it is my duty to warn others about the service I received from this company. They have caused a lot of stress due to the fact that they use call centre staff to handle complex cases. I think this is completely unreasonable both for the staff themselves and the customers. Basic errors were made in my remortgage application that have caused me huge amounts of stress, time and money. I would urge anyone that is urged by their bank to use Optima Legal for their remortgage to kindly refuse and instruct a competent legal firm that doesn't cut corners. When I found out that this company is owned by Capita suddenly it all made sense - overpromising and underdelivering in the extreme. Avoid.
