Our flight was delayed, so we contacted the company by email and telephone and asked for a later pickup.
At our arrival we contacted the local supplier, but they told us, that there were no transfer , and they couldn’t help us: “it’s not our problem “.
Luckily for us a guy helped with transfer, of course we had to pay for transportation.
Returning at home we wrote to HolidayTaxis and asked for compensation- at least the money we had payed for the transfer.
We have been waiting a long time for an answer- it came today, and they won’t do anything to give us compensation.
