“Avoid!! Bellway not interested when you have an issue”

We bought a Bellway Home just over 2 years ago. At the time of purchase, they couldn't do enough for us and quickly deducted the money for all the 'extras' we paid for which amounted to a lot of money! Some 2 years on, we are left with a house with an integral garage which floods every time we experience heavy rainfall! We're still waiting for a reply, which hasn't been forthcoming, Bellway haven't even had the decency to write to us. We've been sold a house with insufficient drainage and Bellway are not interested. Maybe they'll be interested when they receive our 'small claims court' correspondence, which is our next step. Almost all of our items in the garage have been water damaged and Bellway told us it was nothing to do with them and to claim through our home insurance. It is something to do with Bellway, you built the house with INSUFFICIENT DRAINAGE!! They're a joke, buy from Barratt Homes - a much better experience and professional builder in our experience.
