“Support and customer service”

I have been using Cloud Next for quite a few years to host a handful of small websites. It is fair to say I'm not very teckie, so the times I have to fall on their support team could be considered frequent. However, their level of support remains extremely fast and frankly astonishing. The most recent incident was clearly user error and as it turned out was a third party problem, however, within a few minutes I had a response explaining what the problem was and where I could find a fix. What was astonishing was that they had looked into my admin files, identified the problem and then fixed it. Brilliant, thanks as always to Cloud Next.
