General Comments
I have 2 domains registered through HostLogical that just do not work. This first happened months ago and since then I have e-mailed, rang, left messages, used the support desk...all to no avail. Not only has the issue not been fixed but they have also not even bothered to get in touch to tell me why, despite repeated attempts to contact them. I have since bypassed them and contacted the company they register domains with and it seems they haven't paid their bill which is why the domains have been down.
Conversely I also have a hosting package with them for another website and domain which has never been effected...however I have recieved e-mail telling me that I need to manually move the site to another server as they upgrade to a new one...this is a bit silly really as they should do it themselves. However they also negletcted to tell me how I am supposed to do this...the sites stil there so it can stay there for the moment.
