Good Points
Nice colour screen, cool ringtones.

Bad Points
Slow texting, stupid dictionary on predictive text, permanently bad signal

General Comments
I wouldn't recommend the O2 X1 phone at all. The colour display is nice, and the camera is good in daylight, but I have had too many problems with it. Firstly, texting is very frustrating due to it being slow to catch up, and the dictionary is very annoying. The poor signal means making calls is sometimes impossible, and people can't hear you at the other end. My model also switches itself off and crashes. All o2 will offer you is a free repair.
