I have nothing but the highest praise and gratitude for all the staff at Debt Line; notably Chantelle and Sarah, who liaised directly with me.



My case was dealt with swiftly, efficiently, courteously, and with great empathy.



It is so easy to fall foul of the mainstream consciousness....one which assigns blame, guilt, and shame to anyone who has accumulated debt.



I experienced none of the above judgements when dealing with the staff at Debt Line.



On the contrary; I was treated like a very special customer, and I feel I have made several new friends.
