I approached Autonet after my existing insurance company put up it's premium by over 50% because I had made one small claim, the first in many years.
They took time to understand my situation and were very attentive on the phone and all information came through by email within minutes. They also offer interest free credit to pay over 10 months.
We have a flat roof, trees and a stream nearby and they appeared to understand our circumstances as insurers will try and load for any perceived risk despite how remote.
It's good to be able talk to a person on the phone.
