“big delay in dispatch”

for a book that was signed by the author on Saturday the 17th in your London store, to me it is bad practice for it to take 4 days to reach your mail-order office and to be dispatched and you still have the cheek to charge postage and then send it 2nd class post. I was recommended by my son to order from you, after this I will not be ordering from you again. This book was released by other book stores last weekend. I know that you had to wait till the author visited your London store on his country wide tour, but 4 days delay plus postage time is not needed.
it should have been noted on your website before I ordered of the delay it the book being dispatched. I phoned customer service on on the 20th to be told it would be in on the 20th and dispatched that day.
