Booked a journey and stated we needed 4 drop offs within 5 mins of each other.
They gave me a quote which I accepted, paid the 30% fee online.
The next day the taxi company called me and said I would be charged more for the drop off’s. I’ve requested a refund on this basis to which they have sent back a series of emails avoiding the acknowledgement of my 4 refund requests to date. Still waiting to date for my refund.
The taxi date is 6 weeks away so not sure why they are dragging this out when they can simply book someone else in. Shocking customer service from maxim chernikov and shocking company.
Disgusting they can act this way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
