On the 3rd of Oct 2018 I ordered a premium bouquet for a very special occasion. Delivery was requested for the morning of 6 Oct. At 13:55 on the 6th I received an email from the flower shop confirming that my order was delivered. On 9 Oct I found that my order had NOT been delivered at all. First, I was told that nobody answered the door. On 8 Oct I received an email saying that the phone of the intended recipient was not working. Finally, on 9 Oct my order was delivered. flowershopping.com did not even offer me a discounted price for their lack of service. I paid $234.00 for the flowers. A total waste of money, considering the inexcusable, inordinately late delivery. My recommendation: don't waste your money on this company. This experience was the worst I have ever had in the 24 years of online flower purchases. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
