Two months after returning an item I have yet to receive a refund. In spite of using a digital only code purchased via Zeek, they sent a physical gift card to my old address (rather than that which I have been using for deliveries for the past year). Upon discovering the use of the incorrect address (which I had never consented to being used for mailing) I was told it could take up 28 days for a replacement. 28 days has passed (and more than two months since I returned the product) and there is still no refund. Completely appalling service.
