“poor customer service”

I recently booked a trip through Opodo. I paid for my luggage in advanced to avoid higher fees at the airport. When I checked in with Olympic Air at the airport they told me I had not paid for my luggage and they charged me again.
When I returned from my trip I contacted Opodo several times to resolve this matter and was given a complete run around. Many phone calls and much time sitting on hold and never got my refund.
