“Excuses, excuses, excuses BUT NO ACTION”

I am currently making a claim and I agree the comments made by Lincoln51. I have done all the work so far; phoned them, given them details of the local authorities CCTV unit, completed the incident report form (which took 10 days to arrive!) sent them photos of the damage to my car in a hit & run, and all I`m hearing from them is excuses.
