“Healthy eating plan”

I find this a brilliant app, it quickly records your calories, and any other thing you want it yo track is sugars,saturated fats, calcium etc. You can set it to track whatever. You can add meals then set it to your diary instead of listing the same ingredients over and over again, works well if you have something regularly. Forums are there to chat get support or just read what other people put, it's a very friendly easy to use app. It teaches you to make healthier choices and you need not compromise on what you like if you make sure you stay within your calories. You can chart your exercise too and the app shows your progress as each week passes. Well worth the money
