“Still trying to get back my £2500 deposit”

After waiting a month to have my deposit credited back.. I am still waiting. There have stopped replying to emails and phone numbers are either disconnected or message service. No way to talk to someone.
This was a credit card payment so I am still paying interest on it. Spoiled a really good campervan trip in scotland...
