Collected my watch Saturday,found a fault Monday. Phoned Watch Shop ustomer service dept. Very helpful lady told me to return watch straight away. She sent me an email with return label and instructions. All very simple to do. I use Watch Shop quite a bit and this is the first time I have had a problem, so it’s good to know you will be treated well if you need help. Hope they can get it fixed! As always, would highly recommend Watch Shop .
