My email account had been blocked and I phoned the technical support line at Easyspace to find out why and I was informed that persons from China, India and Vietnam had been trying to gain access to my account. I was reassured that they had stop any access to my account. I was asked to complete a full scan of my computer to ensure that no virus, Trojans etc was embedded in my PC. A full scan takes some time to complete but once it had I contacted Easyspace again who very quickly reinstated my account. I was very impressed with the support that I received from Easyspace. I wonder if I could have been informed by some other means than email to warn me about the attempted hack and the lack of service until the matter was resolved?
