“More hassle than its worth”

Quoted online, went to take it out and it doubled in price! Ended up having to lower my coverage to TPFT for it to be affordable. Just come to change my address and they wrote my address down wrong. They charged me £130 more than what it says on the email receipt and cannot justify it. They tried by saying its 12% + £35 fees which i have worked out to be £110 (I did get a B in higher maths so i know this is correct) so all in all, they mess you around and make you feel like your just a money pit for them rather than a customer. Never felt so little in my life before this company. Fed up.
