“EXCELENT CAR HIRE SERVICE”

NEED = a compact car for one month traveling from/to airport, in Greece and to Sporades group of islands and Evia via car ferries

BOOKING PROCESS = Online website experience, excellent and straightforward

COMMUNICATIONS = excellent via email. fast and courtious. confidence inspiring

COST= very reasonable

DELIVERY = on time and greated on arrival with my name on a card. Car was located just outside the arrival exit and we were on our way within minutes. Professional and courtious.

CAR = Ford Fiester was clean and in near as new condition and performed beautifully

CAR FERRY APPROVAL = Easily arranged with paperwork

CAR RETURN = On time at exact location. Comunication and confirmation by text and email. We were 15 minutes early and were greated at the exact pre arranged time. Car checked and signed off

RECOMMENDATION = Highly recommended

I've hired cars in Greece on 6 prior occasions and was happy each time, except once when I used an intenet booking agency. Now I go straight to the company on their own website. From now on, ACR will be my go to in Greece.

Only one thing, One month on, I still haven't received my visa card deductible. A better way is needed as the bank will always keep your money for as long as they like.
