We found the process of booking very frustrating as we could not get the theatre booking we wanted. We settled for probably our fourth choice in order not to waste the voucher.
The meal was pleasant enough but there was little choice.
The show was good but not what we would have chosen.
Overall we have told our kids not to buy us Virgin vouchers again as we do not think they give value for money and the booking process is difficult
