“Very disappointed for my grandson who became a teenager ”

I have used moonpig before , one a card arrived later , another time it had wrong name but I still was stupid enough to use it for a special birthday, our first grandchild was becoming a teenager so I went to a lot of trouble got family photos sorted, send everything to moonpig very early with payment, the week before I just went back into my account to check it was all good and saw they had put the wrong name on the front, inside was his real name and on the envelope, I got in touch straight away, after 24 hours had an email saying all was good it was sorted and would be sent out with the proper name on the front, on his birthday we phoned him and afterword got a photo on our phone from my Son showing us the wrong name on the front, I was so upset I was crying got in touch with moonpig and they sent the proper card out 2 days later but the damange was done , I shall never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone ,
