Bad Points
Took a long time to fix their Server problem, could not get put thought to an senior manger.

General Comments
I went live with my web site and it has been down 95% of the time costing my £10,000 of pounds in lost sales, I gave them 19 chances to put it right, so now I'm taking them to court.
