Despite having had a problem with the original delivery as one glass broke in transit, we really feel like we had excellent customer service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble in order to correct the problem, and everyone we spoke to was extremely apologetic and helpful. That level of customer service is something that is rare nowadays. Havens should be very proud of their staff. We shall definitely be shopping with you again.
