Haven's especially ordered in a Maxwell product for me. Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit (no particular fault of Haven's packaging, it could have been damaged at the factory). Within 24 hours a replacement arrived at my house - FANTASTIC response from Havens: one email (with photos of damage) and the new product was dispached direct from the manufacture. Faultless service - THANK YOU!
