I found this site very easy to sign up to. It allows you to save your regular journey to work - I do the same journey Monday to Friday so it's just right for me. If there's a problem on my route it sends me an email or text message. You can tell it when to send the message (ie I have mine sent at 6am and 4pm when i leave for work & go home. It's saved me a few times!
