My item was ordered from a very good Haven website but it was found to be out of stock. No matter, we were kept informed about progress and advised as soon as it was available. It was dispatched immediately when back in stock and arrived at our home exactly within the specified hour. It was excellently packaged and the courteous, efficient service by Haven is second to none. If only other companies would follow their example.....
