I would give zero stars if I could.

I only ordered from them as I wanted a particular colour scooter and other web sites were out of stock. I phoned first, they confirmed in stock so I placed an order online immediately. The next day I got an email to say no stock, please wait 3 weeks. I decided to wait and then started calling and emailing but no response at all. Finally 1 of 2 scooters arrived as they "forgot" to send the other. Now it is too late and I will have 1 happy child on Christmas Day and the other in tears.

Please avoid this shoddy outfit if you want your items on time
