“Excellent customer service!”

My first experience with Forbidden Planet has been amazing. Despite my own inability to read a simple email (exhausted new mum here) and only realizing I'd misread its contents a good three weeks later (in order to have my item shipped to the USA I needed to respond in 7 days' time), Forbidden Planet saved the day, reinstated my order and shipped my book to me. This wouldn't have been such a big deal except my order was for a limited edition, author-signed copy, and so this level of service meant a great deal to me.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will shop Forbidden Planet again.
