Tracked the parcel and it said they attempted delivery. They did not. Apparently, the parcel had been taken to a collection centre but no card advising me of this had been left. I arranged a redelivery, no UPS van, therefore no delivery! I had explained to the call centre I cannot get to the collection centre and to instruct the driver to leave my parcel with any of my neighbours. However, as no UPS van actually arrived, I am wondering about the integrity of the driver. The parcel was a gift for someone else and ordered in plenty of time. UPS is the worst courier company EVER!
