“AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Financial Ombudsman please take note!”

Swiss Re group should sack the managing director of Reassure Ltd. Phone calls take 45 minutes to answer. The people in the respective departments are never there. Call backs never arrive. The standard reply is "We will respond with 10 working days"- It never happens. Its the same excuse each time. Just delay tactics to keep your money.
Best way to get a response from them is to send them a formal complaint, which will get logged and handled individually by their complaints team, and if they don't respond then this gives you an open door to the Financial Ombudsman. I am getting my policies encashed, as I don't trust them one bit. There are so many negative reviews and horror stories on Reassure Ltd. Just Terrible!
